Energy is then used when you need it and only where it is needed. Due to the intelligent networking of different disciplines and devices SCLAN achieves more comfort and security. In conjunction with the time- and demand-based control SCLAN also helps to save energy. 

 

When window- and door-contacts are open, the heating and air conditioning will pause and start again, when windows and doors are closed. This prevents unnecessary heating and cooling and ensures at the same time a pleasant indoor climate. 

 

Presence and motion detectors ensure that light automatically switches on and off. Combined with brightness sensors and with the SCLAN-BUS Dimmer Module DIM4 natural light can be supported gently with artificial light.
